How to reconcile with my father
It made me

How I did it: a friend of mine's father died unexpectedly, they had never gotten along. i realized that the same thing could happen to me, and how on earth could i forgive myself if i let another day go by without making things right. i live far away, so i called him, told him things had to be better. that he messed up, but i needed a father in my life. that i wanted to make things better. best decision ever.
Lessons & tips: be the bigger person and take the first step.
let go of resentments and start anew.
remember that you only have one father.
