How to get my septum pierced

How I did it: After many years of wanting to get it done, I stupidly allowed someone I knew do it, & it was done absolutely incorrectly. So a few years later, I actually went to a professional who would do it correctly, tell me how to properly care for it, & was very nice.
Lessons & tips: NEVER allow someone who "thinks" they know how to do piercings do it. They will probably pierce it incorrectly.
