How to drink more water and tea
How I did it: The best thing to do when you wake up is drink a glass of water. It cleans out your body after your long..or short...night of sleep. Plus, you get fuller faster this way. I just drank tea and water whenever I could. By the TV, in bed, reading a book...It's getting cold now so hot tea just tastes great - and it's healthy.
Lessons & tips: Water is the healthiest thing out there for your body so do yourself some good and drink, drink, drink!
