How to stop wasting time on the internet
"The internet is incredibly addictive. I've realized it's okay to browse it in moderation when there's nothing else to do (and usually there's always something to do). I'm happy I've cut my time down."
How I did it: I set goals for myself, to accomplish other goals before I hit my computer. So basically work before play.This pushed me to finish up whatever work I had left to do. At the very beginning, it also helped to set a timer as well, for how long I stayed on. It's tough at the beginning cause you always want to add on 5 more minutes, but it all comes down to discipline and how badly you want to achieve your goal.
Lessons & tips: It takes a lot of discipline, but set goals at the beginning, notice your behaviour towards the set goals, and modify at the end of 2 weeks.
