How to run the baltimore half marathon
"A fantastic run through my home town with great sites and fans."
How I did it: I continued to run 5K and other various runs while adding more milage and distance each week. Primarily I was using a Nike training program and just staying committed to run during the program.
Lessons & tips: Be prepared for a hilly course and don't taper too much at the weeks leading up to the race otherwise you will cramp up on the course.
