How I did it: I went into a tattoo place, told them what I wanted. The person pierced my cartilage and it was over. Very easy goal. The hardest part is waiting for them to actually put the needle through. In your mind you will think it hurts worse than it does. Then I paid the lady and went home. It is hard to write 150 characters about something so easy to do :]
