How to read 50 books in 2009.
"Heck yeah."
How I did it: I discovered the wonders of the 3 for €10 table in Byrnes (I usually hate that evil, evil shop, but there are some real gems to be found.) and 2nd hand books (Places like Chapters in Dublin are amazing and random charity shops can be great as well), went to the library a lot and I read a few ebooks on my ipod with the hand of some nifty pdf-jpg software.
All my newly acquired books are taking up a lot of room though - I think I'll be laying off on the buying for the next year or so. =)
Lessons & tips:
- Don't force yourself to read anything you aren't enjoying.
- A lot of the time I would have otherwise spent arsing around on the internet or watching TV was spent reading.
