How I did it: my boyfriend (at the time) and I flew to Las Vegas where my besty lives. It was both of our birthday that weekend. There was a bachelorette/bachelor party that weekend too. My besty picked us up from the airport and my man didn't tell her where we were going. He only told her where to go. We drove and drove until I saw an airport.... I totally thought we were going to do an airplane ride-- all of us. My man said that i was going to be going up. I knew it! It was an amazing surprise! I would do it again in a second.
Lessons & tips: Do your research. My man was an airborne ranger so he knew the questions to ask.
