How to lower my cholesterol
How I did it: I buckled down -- hard. Started reading the nutrition labels for everything I ate. Much more fiber, huge reduction in saturated fats. Started taking heart-healthy supplements.
Lessons & tips: It requires discipline. Do you want to die young? No? Then get your shit together, listen to your doctor and do some research. And STICK TO THE PLAN.
