How I did it: Bought crest whitestrips. Used them twice a day for ten days and my teeth are amazingly white. Crest whitestrips work for me every time. I have a little sensitivity but nothing major. I have to say though, I have given up coffee - frappuccino's for me only now! I'm not going to undo all the hard work.
