How to identify 100 things that make me happy.
How I did it: To start with I thought I was going to really struggle. I didn't want to just pick silly fluffy things - like 100 different types of food (even if they would have been valid happiness making things) I got to about 30 and was finding it difficult to get much further. But I didn't have to rush and get all done in one day - even if I only added one entry each time that was OK. And gradually (and with a bit of sticky beaking at other lists) I got to 100. Really loved this goal.
Lessons & tips: Pinch and pilfer from others. We humans are a simple lot when you boil it all down the things that make us happy are the same around the world, regardless of our backgrounds, where or how we live or the money we have in the bank.
