How to heroes
How I did it: I'm glad that the writers were able to come to terms and end the strike, and that Heroes (like almost all Stateside tv shows) was back on track. I watched and enjoyed all of S1 and S2 but presently have put S3 aside and hope to continue watching this series sometime in the future.
Lessons & tips: Get access to your local public library's media. Most Stateside PLs have the latest dvds, cds, oh and yes books! that make it easy enough to catch up on almost anything that's shown on television, screened in cinemas, or played on the radio. Yes, there's also the internettes - which, with a little savvy, one can snag almost any media for, well, zero dollars.
Resources: Even if one doesn't have access to broadband internet, there's ways of getting caught up on the latest and greatest media tv or otherwise - but nothing beats being able to catch your fave shows on time, taking off your shoes, parking yourself in front of the tube with snacks drinks or what have you, and just relaxing, watching anything for a couple of hours. Of course, if you're the busy bee and you're behind - better set that DVR tivo whatever or queue a media request at the library. Weekend or month-end Heroes marathon? Why not! Enjoy!
