How to start and Finish P90X
How I did it: Seriously guys, I have tried some crappy "programs" out there and they seriously suck in comparison to Ab Ripper X. Yes, it hurts. Yes its painful. Yes its going to kick your ass around the block! But, its a good pain. Its the kinda pain where you think "wow this shit works" haha. AND IT DOES! So if you wanna lose weight, feel great, be healthy, DO THIS! Do it right now! Just dont over do it.
Start out doing 2-5 "reps" per exercise. I could do 10 each but thats only because I had a really muscular stomach. Take breaks. Drink a lot of water. Dont JUST do this and then go and sit your butt back on the couch, do this, do eliptical, do jumping jacks, go for a walk, DO something!
