How to have a nightly routine
"This was a short term goal to get me through a rough couple weeks while recovering from illness at same time. Thank heaven the week is almost over."
How I did it: Sheer determination. All but one night, my responsibilities allowed me to go to bed at an early hour in order to get a bit of extra sleep. This isn't a very exciting entry I suppose, but as I said above, it was a short term, project specific goal.
Lessons & tips: Don't procrastinate. It gets you in the end!
