How to live in the moment
"They say anything practiced for 30 days becomes a habit.... practice living in the moment."
How I did it: I wouldn't let my brain do the "what if... if only... maybe I should..."
I learned to ask less questions.
I learned to accept.
I listened to a lot of Shimshai.
I prayed and wrote letters to God.
I learned to trust myself.
I meditated.
