Lessons & tips: You need to kind of take the weight off the inside foot whenever you're trying to turn. That's the most useful piece of advice that most teachers don't communicate well enough.
Resources: High pain tolerance and commitment to learning. You're going to fall a lot and it will hurt sometimes, but you have to get back up and try again until you get it.
