How to stay off IM for one week.
"Not really that difficult. Habits can be changed. I have no problems with vacuum as there are many things we can enjoy about life and living."
How I did it: 1. I just deleted my ym messenger. There are no more alerts. Anyway, people can send me email me if they really want to talk to me.
2. There are times when I felt that I should install again my ym. But then, I reminded myself it was not necessary at all.
Lessons & tips: 1. Help yourself to succeed. Knowing what to stop doing is not enough. Take massive action to do it.
2. Sometimes, the massive action is a very simple step like uninstalling your ym.
3. But it works with other habits too. Look for the chain between you and the things that you don't want to do. Break it.
