How to stop hitting snooze in the morning

How I did it: I always do well getting up early at the beginning of the school year but then the snooze button quickly becomes irresistible. This year though I got into a new routine. After I got ready for school I had about 20 minutes to spare so I sat down at the computer with my coffee and cereal and surfed the internet while watching the morning news. I got so into this new habit that now when my alarm goes off at 6 I know that every moment I stay in bed is one less moment to sit and enjoy my coffee and internet. So far this new routine is working. (I'm also getting 7 hours of sleep each night so that probably helps too!)
