How to run a 5k
"great fun!"
How I did it: I actually started on this goal 4 years ago, but health issues derailed my plan. I got better and got serious this August, following the couch-to-5k program.
Lessons & tips: Slowness is key. I've completed 5k's before running & walking, but was never able to run the entire thing til today! I ran as slow as I could!
