How to go to the gym at least twice a week

How I did it: by sticking to a routine and just pushing myself to continue with my membership. the gym is a really great place to unwind and detach yourself from the daily stresses of life, something very difficult if you've got a busy lifestyle with many demands; but this is one thing you need to make room for!¬
Lessons & tips: working your way up and by training steadily. It's taken me 3 years to get from a horrific 90kg and being able to run on a treadmill for 10 minutes to now being 73kg and being able to run for over an hour if i want;; really enjoyable.
