How to run a 5k
"It helped me build confidence and left me hungry for more!"
How I did it: I started running a while back using the Couch to 5K running program and Robert Ullrey's podcasts on iTunes. After a couple of stops and starts, I worked up to the point of running 3 miles in one go. I may not be the fastest, but I am able to make the distance!

Lessons & tips: Keep at it. If you have an off week, just go out and do it again. If you need to run a shorter distance, that's ok too - at least you are getting out there!
