How to run regularly
"Challenging at times, but well worth developing such a great habit."
How I did it: I joined a 10-week program at Fleet Feet (athletic apparel store).It was a wonderfully supportive program. You ran a little bit more, a little bit further each week--gradually building up to 2 or 3 miles.
