And I imagine that rented mats do smell like feet.. which is why my mat is in Pogo :)
How to try out a yoga class

How I did it: I checked out a free yoga class offered at Core Power Yoga Studio on Roosevelt and Jefferson. They offer free yoga for beginners on Saturdays and Sundays at noon. The class was so welcoming and doable. The thermostat was set at 93 degrees and I sweat bullets, but I definitely got a great work out. I enjoyed the experience immensely.
Lessons & tips: Mats were free, but you might want to bring your own. Rented yoga mats smell like feet.
