How to be in a healthy relationship
"I've been in a couple now, though short-lived, with a wonderful and satisfying balance of give and take, and a conclusion when that balance tipped to a level that I wasn't happy with anymore."
How I did it: By remembering to check in with myself about how much energy, time and attention I was giving and how much I needed back and not being afraid to voice that, or to let go when I wasn't getting fulfilled.
Lessons & tips: Listen to yourself, trust those close to you, don't put your feelings or needs on the backburner
