How I did it: It all started with my hair. I one day discovered how much I loved getting new hairstyles and colors. And then I started trying to figure out the rest of this style thing. The biggest thing was that I stopped paying attention to what other people were wearing, and started doing what I wanted. And I stopped trying trends that I knew weren't me. That made all the difference. I'm still unsure sometimes, but I am much more confident in my "style". It doesn't have to be super crazy...it just has to be me.

It is one of those steps that teaches you about yourself and confidence. I also have gone through this and am still finding my style, although it changes every 6 months. But that’s kind of the fun part. Plus, I stopped listening when my mom said that she didn’t like something I bought. If I really like it, then I keep it anyways, because it’s me.
