How to lose 20 pounds
"I did lose weight, but Im over the worry of it. Im not big, Im average... so why stress about it?"
How I did it: I just eat smaller portions, avoid eating when Im bored, and stopped drinking so much...
Plus, drinking tea instead of soda helps a lot, and cleared up the few blemishes that would pop up on my skin.
Lessons & tips: Find something to do like walk around taking pictures of things to edit in photoshop, or a craft like collage making, quilting ect when you're bored, instead of watching tv/sitting on the net and munching...
