How to eat less meat
How I did it: I generally eat less meat now. I started out pretty hardcore but have slacked some on it recently. When I was mainly eating fruits and veggies, I felt worn out and couldn't concentrate. It was hard because I put a lot of exertion on my body in my workouts, and I don't always have a lot of time for sleep.
I'm going to say that I generally feel better now, but I'm not doing it too hardcore.
