How to identify 100 things that make me happy (besides money)
"Totally uplifting and eye-opening... Teaches you what's important."
How I did it: I started off just mental-noting things that I realised made me happy. Then I started making them into a list, and I found that with each entry, I had at least 5 or 10 things in my mental bucket. With everything I wrote, I asked myself - does it really make me happy? Does thinking about/seeing/doing this thing make my day and improve my mood? If the answer was no, I figured it was just something that I liked, and I replaced it with something else.
Lessons & tips: Don't try and do it all in one go - you'll lose focus and end up with a list that isn't a true representation of what actually makes you happy.
Resources: A notebook and pen. I found that I started writing things as I realised them.
