How to run 4 miles

How I did it: Well, I started running on my own summer of 2008. It took me about a year to do this. I noticed I have high endurance and great stamina now. Little me, I'm NOT the fastest sprinter, but hell I can take on many miles.
Lessons & tips: Eating healthy and less to no meat. Egg whites are good. Protein shakes. Yogurt. WATER! Don't force yourself right away to finish or you will burn out quickly.
