How to stop Neglecting my Skin
How I did it: I had very sentitive dry skin, and it has always been a hard thing for me to find a lotion that works well on it and to get into the habit of using it everyday.
Some months ago I realized my skin was actually getting worst, so I decided to put a stop on that once and for all. I tried different lotions, actually used up the ones I had and finally got into the habit of putting it on every time after my daily shower.
Lessons & tips: Lessons: It really does work, if you are constant. You'll feel and love the difference!
Tips: Make it a ceremony, instead of a routine. Put some music, or read or watch a movie while you are buttering yourself up. It really works and you will go out more relaxed and happy cause you've just given yourself a massage.
Another thing, get interested in finding out the lotion that works for your skin. Doctors can help you out, but in my case it was a matter of practice. Every time my skin lotion got over, I went ahead and got a different one until I found out the one that was best for me. Try different smells, and bottles until you also choose the one you like best. There are many different options with lotions now, from the must buttery to the lightest.
I highly recomend something based on natural products. Works better.
