How to stop crying
How I did it: There was a period of time when I got super stressed and cried about 4 times per day. I had so many regrets in my life and I felt really inferior. But later I told myself that my life is not as bad as it seemed, and that many other people go through the same thing and make mistakes as well. It's part of growing up and being aware of yourself and your situation. It's never too late to change the negative aspects of your life, and the most important thing is to look forward and do the right things from now on instead of bemoaning the past and the things that you should've done.
Lessons & tips: Through my failures I learned what and why it hadn't worked, so now I have a better idea of what not to do and how to do things better. Look upon your failures as practice so you can get it right in the future, because in order to succeed you must fail. Remember that there are still chances to turn the tables as long as you have enough willpower and are prepared to work hard. Look at things in the long-run and be patient. Other people out there who seem to lead perfectly wonderful lives are going through the same things you are.
Resources: Read success stories or biographies of people who changed their lives. Also work with disadvantaged, disabled or terminally ill people in charities, etc. or read articles about them on the Internet. You will then see how lucky you are to be you and to have the opportunities to improve your life.
