How to stretch

How I did it: Stretching can be done without a gym but I like the routine and feel like I'm focusing on myself for a half hour. My knees are so much stronger just by paying them attention. A physio told me that it's the best way to get oxygen to the joints -- in particular a patella (knee-cap) massage. Try it!
