How to think less and do more
How I did it: Until recently, I would spend days, weeks, months, and sometimes years thinking about doing something. I recently started doing the things I have been thinking about. My new motto has become,"Do it Now." So, now when the thought of something comes to mind, if it is something that I can do at that moment, then I go ahead and do it. And if it's not, then I start to plan it. Through this process, I realized it's no so scary. The reason why I was procrastinating so much was because I was scared. Thinking about it is a lot worse than actually doing it . So, just get started on whatever it is. It's actually easier than thinking about it, and now I feel a sense of accomplishment as I check these tasks off one by one.
