How to run a half marathon
How I did it: I worked my way up to the Half by starting small, I trained for a 5K and did it, then a 10K and did it, next progressional step was to do 12 weeks of solid training with tempo runs, pick ups, fartlek and long runs to build up my endurance and then Register and do it!
Lessons & tips: If you have money and access to a running club then join one. If you have time read and reasearch best approaches, don't just do a Half Marathon without putting in the effort because you will hurt and you will pay the price!
