How to eat Sushi from a Sushi Bar

How I did it: Went to a Japanese restaurant today for my mum's birthday. We didn't sit at the sushi bar, but I could still sorta see it being made. I plan on going back and actually sitting at the bar! I don't think I'll ever be able to eat supermarket sushi again, it was sososo much better and delicious!
