How to go on a cruise

How I did it: Picked an itinery and a cruise company. Getting the right time of year was hard (work and school etc) and we actually went a bit too late in the season. Got a friend to lend me the money! Got prepared then got on with it!
Lessons & tips: Be wary of excursions - do the trips yourself whenever possible. They're not a total rip off, but they do rush you far too much!
