That is
INCREDIBLE!!!
How I did it: Today I DID walk into the gym wanting to accomplish this goal. Surely I could shave off 19 seconds (yesterday's time: 12:19) but my knee was feeling a little tender and in the 2nd lap I started to get a cramp. But I kept at it, cranked up my speed more and in the last lap, tried hard to focus on the rhythm of my breath and my feet. I cranked up the speed a bit more and... 11:30!!! 30 seconds better than my goal!!
Again, who knew??? The anti-runner working on running goals. Wow.
Congrats! I know how hard that is!

I remember how great accomplishing this goal felt.
I sure hope I get back there soon.
