How to practice Yoga
How I did it: My gym offers many yoga classes. I began taking the Tuesday night class about a year ago, and have generally made the commitment to do yoga at least once a week. If I had time, I'd definitely go more often!
Lessons & tips: Start with an introductory class. It's best to learn the names of the poses and get supervision from a teacher in practicing so you get the form correct and prevent injury.
