How to show my work in a gallery by FlyingFader

How I did it: Step 1: Make art.
Step 2: Join an arts organization whose members are asked to contribute to shows and exhibitions.
Step 3: Enter a show and make the cut.

I Joined a Local Organization

I joined a group called Long Island City Artists, because my art studio space is in Long Island City, Queens. I imagine that every city in the country has some sort of local artists’ group.
