How to lose 20 pounds
How I did it: I struggle with my weight, but really wanted to lose just 20 pounds to help my energy level, sleep, attitude, and self-image. I also wanted to know that even though I have farther to go, I could do it. I significantly reduced my portions and added a little exercise to my routine - 45 minutes 2 to 3 times a week. In two months I was down 20 pounds!
