How to change
"Focus on habits, not goals."
How I did it: I set a lot of goals throughout my life and consciously changed my habits to achieve them.
Personal Characteristics That I Changed
- Went from extreme introvert to moderate extrovert around 65% extroversion.
- Went from hardcore vegan/vegetarian to flexitarian.
- Went from hardcore atheist to agnostic atheist.
- Went from extremely democratic to moderately libertarian.
- I used to want to stand out and be unique. I thought conforming was evil, but now I'm fine with it and being myself without worrying about trivial things.
