How to get more sleep
"going to bed early is hard to do but gets to be a habit if you make it one"
How I did it: i found valuing my day and how much a good nights sleep would help me enjoy it was essential. Also i started a job which was actually demanding and interesting and very tought todo apart from on a full nights sleep.
Lessons & tips: take a 45 mins to wind down before bed, no tv, pc etc.
