How to lose 40 pounds
How I did it: I have changed the way I eat and live. I changed my attitude toward food. I stopped eating when I was emotionally hungry. I made eating and preparing food something fun, by eating more of the healthy foods I like. I realized I needed to eat smaller meals more often to avoid stuffing my face when I got home from work.
Lessons & tips: Learn to make a few meals that are healthy with your favorite fruits and veggies. If you like it, you will eat it. Don't try to force yourself to eat things you don't like just because they are "healthy" because you won't continue.
