How to rethink the way I do things.
How I did it: It was a sunny morning after a long night. I took a blanket out and rolled it out on my lawn. Sitting cross legged I mediated my current depression. "What is my problem?"
School is killer :[
even though I try. But trying isn't enough.
Goals are stupid to set if you don't put action into it. Srsly.
So I figured out school was making me feel dispointed in myself. But it was myself, that was making it that way. If I put 100% in what I do then there's no point in doing it. I mean like educationally , you need to put 100% in it cause its your FUTURE.
[ i hope this makes sense :p ]
But the moral of this story is that. Take out and mediate it. Why are you rushing ? Take time out and THINk before you speak or do. it really does help
