How to learn to meditate
How I did it: Listened to meditation tapes and read a few books. Mainly did breath-counting meditation and a few short guided meditations.
I found a good iPhone application that I liked that does guided meditations of 5, 10, 15 or 20 min, plus a special one for relaxing that I often used at night.
Lessons & tips: Keep at it - it gets easier and more impactful the more you do it
