How to stop eating fast food
How I did it: I went to college in August, scared of the freshman 15. I had eaten a lot of fast food over the summer and had gained 6 pounds. Before I went to school, I managed to cut back on the fast food and lost 2 pounds. When I got to school, I told myself I couldn't be like a lot of the other kids and go out all the time for fast food. The only place I've been to for "fast food" is Subway and I only went once. Since I've cut out fast food and all the calories and fat along with it, I've managed to lose 12 pounds without trying. I generally have more confidence and higher energy throughout the day. I just feel overall way better than I did. I will not go back to depending on fast food when I'm home. I do not have the money to keep it up and I don't want to gain the weight back. And that is enough motivation for me.
