How to identify 100 things that make me happy (besides money)

How I did it: Taking the time to reflect upon your life is as important as living it. I did this goal slowly and steadily, at the end of a day, in a quiet place, with a cup of tea nearby. Going back to the earliest of memories, revisiting old experiences, recognising habits and preferences, thinking about what makes life worth living.
Lessons & tips: I think the best way to approach this goal is slowly. Reflect on your past, and also think about your day-to-day life. Realise that nothing is trivial when it contributes to your happiness.
