How to make Ms Pacman Costumes for Halloween '09
It made me
Extremely happy.

How I did it: We used this site: http://filer.case.edu/vxv22/pac/howto.htm as well as ordered standard flat rate boxes from USPS. Duct Tape was provided by my dad and we bought the yellow paper from Staples. Construction paper by me.
