How I did it: I changed my diet, joined a health club, and followed a workout routine from an online magazine. Each day I ate raisin bran for breakfast, a banana at mid morning, an apple for lunch, peanut butter sandwich after work, and a regular dinner with meat in the evening. I worked out at LA Fitness 3 times a week. I followed the MensHealth Belly Off plan. I feel great!
Lessons & tips: Do this with a partner who is trying to do the same thing. Sometimes one of you won't feel like it, but the other person will push the lazy one.
