Thanx for the advice
Im in this process to quit smoking and today i will buy my cinnamon sticks.
How I did it: One day at a time. I had to have patience with myself. I meditated. I also realized that this was a bad habit and not condusive to my health.
Lessons & tips: Try cinnamon sticks when you feel the urge.
Drink lots of water.
Resources: I started with the patch to get a dose of nicotine then let go.
